VAUTH Aviation Components produces flame-retardant foam parts, mouldings and blocks from W102010 foam in compliance with the latest FAA / EASA Airworthiness Regulations for all sorts of passenger, pilot and flight-attendant seats. Additional fire blocking layers are necessary for the later use of this foam type.
The volume production of mouldings is followed by a 100% inspection. To begin with, this means checking basic parameters entered for the ratio in which the raw materials are mixed. The mixing ratio is constantly checked during the production process on a computer-aided basis. The raw-material quantities mixed for casting the component are defined and entered accordingly into the filling system. Quantity and margin errors are ruled out.
Trained staff cast components, monitor the production process, extract components and visually check the quality of each and every foam part we produce, with all of these activities being done manually.
Entering of the specific component mixing ratio into the foaming facility's control system. The parameters defined and entered are monitored on a computer-aided basis during the foaming process.
The PU foaming facility with the tanks for blending the different ingredients of the foam parameters.
Continuous foaming of the various foam components into different moulds in a production line. Despite the diversity of moulds, computers ensure they are filled with the correct quantity.
Each mould is filled by trained staff to ensure top, monitored quality.
100% process monitoring for each individual foaming mould. This ensures that the curing process really is completed for optimum results.
Every cured product is individually extracted. Careful handling ensures nothing less than maximum quality.
Each component undergoes 100% inspection to ensure that only perfectly cured and cast components are admitted to the assembly process.
Finally, the foamed components are passed through the crushing system to ensure that all cells are opened for optimum comfort.
